However, sound like 'real' weapons -will work for clan matches -Thought it was gonna be shite but i like it Ingame impressions -Good accurate weapons -Very nice gfx -18 ppl in match, no lag whatsoever -Maps are about the same size as cod4 maps What you can change: Time Limit Round length Bomb Timer Plant Time Defuse Time Multi-Bomb Round-Switch Number of Lifes Score Limit Respawn Delay Health Health Regeneration Killcam Spectate options Force respawn Friendly Fire Perks enable/disable Killstreak Rewards Headshots only Disabled/enable Hc mode disabled/enabled 3rd person disabled/enabled or look here Other Facts: -after the match it shows you your best kill, like replay after a football game -you can crouch while you're on last stand -you can't jump then inmediately prone. jump first, then prone -you can't go from crouch to prone. first stand up again -you can throw nades while in last stand -packages drop down, you can capture it and then you're in the AC130. perk1: marathon, sleight of hand, scavanger, bling, 1 man army, perk2: stoping power, hardline, cold blooded, danger close, lightweight perk3: commanda, scrambler, ninja, sitrep, last stand no lag. in my first few games although i did see a bit of lag in another game after you left. but it connected me to another host who was also playing the same server so i think it must be a case of you dont all connect to 1 person you connect to whoever is best for you. although there is a 5 second delay while it finds that person it didnt interupt my game and i wasnt shot during this time. connecting to a server. you dont connect to a server it places you in one its not like you have a list of servers or anything it just puts you on a list of people for a second while it finds more people to play only once did it put me ina server right away. but you can invite your friends with the invite button weapons. the weapons look cool but they do seem a bit arcadish final verdict... makes modern warfar and world at war look old and out dated. and i really think this will work great for clan and league wars    |
  Clan Member Joined Feb 14 2009 Posts: 772 | 2009-11-10, 07:33 It might work for public since all people will be around your area (the UK).When playing clan matches people are from all over europe (uk, italy, northern sweden, finland, russia?), this will be a whole other experience with a listen(non-dedicated) server. It is always only one person who is the host, though it can change now and then to a better host, but everyone is still connecting to the same guy, which means that listen server will host 18 people. MW2 will probably be fine for public game, or even great, but you haven't tried clan matches or leagues, and I don't think you want to.  |

The game might be better then we could imagine BUT I still think they really fucked the PC community in a way that is pretty hard to forgive. IW talks a lot about how the communicated with the PC community... what community did they talk to? I haven't seen any major cod site or clan/group that actually said that they have been contacted. |

Clan Member Joined Apr 29 2009 Posts: 1886 | 2009-11-10, 20:36 my god lads.... they have made a game where you dont need to buy dedicated servers. yes at first we all hated the idea. but trust me with the iwNET the game doesnt need it . we moaned abouth something we didnt know about now all the pc gamers are giveing respect to iw for makeing this game possible and even better than any dedi server could. but if people still dont want to buy it becouse of this then i understand. i am ordering my son a copy right now to show my support to iw and thank them for such a great game without the need for dedi servers |
